2. The Amazon Return Process
Most plush toys purchased on Amazon can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange for an item found through our site:

3. Condition of Plush Toys for Return

- Hygiene: Due to the nature of plush materials, items that have been exposed to smoke, heavy perfumes, or pet hair may be rejected for return by the fulfillment center.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your new friend arrives with a “boo-boo” (such as a ripped seam, a missing eye, or a defective sound module), you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement. Through the Amazon return portal, you can mark the item as “Defective” or “Damaged upon arrival.” In most cases, Amazon will provide a prepaid return label, and a replacement plushie will be shipped to you immediately at no extra cost.
